Here at Ekshhot, we want to see you happy with our services. Once the registration fee is paid, it will not be refunded and it is also pertinent to mention herein that the registration of the customer will not be cancelled. However, in case of duplicate payments, we are there to help you. Please contact us within 30 days with a request in the "Refund and Cancellation Policy" link on the website.
Refund : Refund to the User shall be initiated within 15 business days after we receive the request in case of duplicate payments only. Ekshhot shall refund to the customer all sums paid in respect of such duplicate payments. As per RBI compliance, refund shall be processed in source of payment, i.e. card payment will be reversed to card only.
Cancellation: Once the Registration fee is paid, it will not be cancelled and it is non-refundable in any and all circumstances without any expectations and anomalies.
